The Xolo Q2100 launches today in India packing a fingerprint sensor at the back, a first for the company. It also has an IR blaster complete with a preloaded Peel Smart Remote app.
The dual-SIM phone is powered by a MediaTek MT6582 chipset with a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU and 1GB of RAM. Internal memory is 8GB and is expandable via the microSD card slot.
At the back of the Xolo Q2100, there's an 8MP autofocus camera with a Sony Exmor R sensor and dual LED flash. A 5.5" HD IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3 layer takes care of displaying Android 4.4 KitKat with a pixel density of 267ppi.
The back cover isn't removable and protects a 2,800mAh battery. It can last up to 22 hours of 3G talk time. However, it adds a bit of bulk to the phone, which measures 152.4 x 75 x 9.3 mm.
The Xolo Q2100 will sell for $219 (INR 13,499) and is available in black and white color options.
